My name is Ching-Huan, Wang, I am a master student in the Graduate Institute of Electrical Engineering of National Taiwan University My research focuses on 3D IC thermal feasibility analysis and I have the privilege to work with prof. Chung-Yang Ric Huang at Design Verification Lab (DVLab), NTU.
